SeasonTrack is designed to help users track seasonal income, expenses, savings goals and team schedules. This draft policy explains the intended data practices for the launch-ready prototype.

Before public launch, this policy must be reviewed and completed with the legal entity name, registered address, support contact, payment provider, analytics providers, hosting provider, retention periods and the privacy-law requirements of the launch markets.

Data you enter

The app may process profile information, season dates, financial entries, savings goals, team member details and settings that you choose to enter. In this prototype, data is stored locally in your browser unless a cloud account is added.

How data is used

Data is used to calculate your dashboard, projections, daily spending limit, reports and schedules. SeasonTrack does not sell personal financial information.

Backups and exports

You can export your data and download a backup. You are responsible for keeping downloaded backups secure.

Future accounts and payments

When user accounts, cloud sync and paid plans are enabled, the final policy will explain authentication, payment processing, data transfers, deletion requests and retention periods.

Your choices

You can reset local app data from Settings. For future hosted accounts, users will be offered account and data-deletion workflows.
